On Friday, 2/26/21, I used Fresh Start- The Moving Crew to move my in-laws to a new apartment. I was dreading the day because I knew it would be stressful, however it went great. Fresh Start â The Moving Crew went way beyond my expectations. Fresh Start-The Moving Crew made a very good impression of my family, from the initial site walk-thru by the owner to the actual moving crew. Matthew, Conor, and Dakota were the guys sent for our move. They were a really great bunch of guys. They showed up ready to work, and they did an awesome job of wrapping and protecting everything. We were so happy with the job they did. I would recommend Fresh Start- The Moving Crew to anyone looking for help with an up-coming move. They certainly made our day a lot less stressful. Thank you Fresh Start-The Moving Crew and Matthew, Conor, and Dakota!!

This was a top notch moving company. They did an excellent job. Worked very hard. Didnâ  t even have problem with our piano. They were nice. Efficient. Funny. And most of all made the move a much better experience than I was expecting. They crew was very personable and friendly. They didnâ  t even get upset when we asked them to change the location of the piano because we changed our minds. The lead Rainell was very good at directing the move. His crew Will, Corey , David, Juan and Wayne worked very hard and were carful with our belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and this crew to family or friends. This was a *labor only* job back in June 2020. We can only go by what the customer requests on these types of jobs. We are happy to assist with your labor needs but you must understand that ?labor only? reflects just that. We expect the customer to be prepared because we are sending out labor only. No truck full of supplies and we send the team out based on what you asked for. The notes in your file back in June state that the job ended up being much larger. It states that the crew handled it well. I will give our team a 5 star for handling the situation.

The personnel in the front office are detail oriented and easy to deal with. The moving crew wore masks, were polite and attentive to fragile items. They followed the front officeâ s instructions meticulously.

The movers came on time, but one of them was in a horrible mood and brought the morale of the whole team down. We had damage to our furniture and walls from their move. However, James (the owner) was very accountable and responsive to pay for all the damages. Just a bummer... The owner had such top-notch customer service! His team did not. Not sure if it was a bad day for them.
