I hired Alison to help organize my home office, which had slowly turned into a mix of papers, supplies, and things without a real place. She helped me sort through everything, get rid of what I didn’t need, and create a system that actually makes sense for how I work. Now my desk and shelves are organized, I can easily find documents, and the whole room feels much calmer and more functional. Alison was very professional, patient, and respectful throughout the process. I hired Alison and her team to help organize my closet and deep clean my 2 bed / 2 bath home, and it made a huge difference. My closet was pretty chaotic before, and they turned it into a really clean, organized space where everything is easy to find. The cleaning was also very thorough. They cleaned areas I usually forget about, like the tops of doors, ceiling fans, and behind furniture. When they finished, the whole apartment just felt fresh and lighter. Alison and her team were professional, respectful, and very detail-oriented. It was definitely worth it, and I would absolutely recommend Fresh Start by Alison to anyone who needs help getting their home organized and properly cleaned.

I honestly didn’t realize how much stress my closet was causing me until Alison organized it. I had years of clothes that didn’t fit anymore, had stains or holes, but I kept them because of memories. It was really hard for me to let go. Alison was so patient and helped me make decisions without making me feel bad. Now my closet feels so organized, almost like a little boutique, and getting dressed takes minutes instead of feeling overwhelming. I’m so happy with the result and would absolutely recommend her!

Fresh Start team did a great job with my kitchen and pantry. There were so many expired spices and food items I had been keeping for years. We moved into a new house and my son’s room never got organized. It was just piles of clothes and toys, and getting ready for school every morning was exhausting. Alison completely reset the room.
