    Terrible service and bait and switch pricing - when I said I was overcharged Mark never returned a call. Dumb me booked them again. I asked upfront about pricing - 3 room special for $99 - but some rooms were considered 2 rooms because of the size - where is that written? Then I asked about entire house pricing - but that only includes rooms - where is that written? The net was I picked a 7th room because I was going to get my money worth - they told me I was just being a bad and if I did not like it they would leave, and They were escorted out. This is after being a customer for over 10 year and always handing each person who was doing the job an extra $20 bill on their way out. Nice way to run a business.

    This particular customer is wrong about being a customer for 10 years, They actually have been a customer for 20 years.cleaning the home as well as their business. Until the last 2 visits we have never had a problem(dealing with his wife) In fact it was not "dumb him" who even made the appointment. It was his wife. All our advertising in our Website as well as print clearly states max. room size of 250 sq. ft. any combination of rooms,halls,or stairs. Also, our technitions where not in fact "escorted out" They left when the customer told them I'll fix you and stormed out of the room. So they left on my instruction so as not to have a problem. WE TRY TO BE AS UPFRONT AND HONEST OVER THE PHONE WITH PRICING!
