Fresh Touch Painting

We recently had our 2 upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairway painted by Fresh Touch Painting and the only word I can use to describe the job is horrific. A job that was quoted to take 3 to 4 days was hastily done in 2 days and the results speak for themselves. The first coat of paint was not allowed to dry completely before the second coat was applied and we ended up with streaking and wrinkling in all areas. Painters tape was removed prior to the paint being completely dried thus removing the new paint! Two bedroom doors cannot close due to the amount of paint on them. Rollers were not cleaned and now we have numerous specs of paint chips on walls and ceilings that need to be sanded and the areas repainted. Telephone wires were painted to molding and wall, many drips are noticeable on walls due to using too much paint, door knobs were not taped, drawers were painted shut (we have built in drawer space along a wall in the master bedroom) drawers were forced open pulling off paint and leaving clumps of paint on inside edge of drawers and along the drawer frame, we ended up with surfactant leaching on 2 walls in the spare bedroom and when shown pictures of it we were accused of blaming the painter for this condition (we had to look it up and remedy the situation ourselves). There are paint smears on our hardwood floors along with scratches and scuffs. The central air vents were put back upside down another coat of paint was applied and they ended up stuck to the wall in the wrong position! I can go on as I have over 60 photographs of this disaster and will gladly post for anyone who does not believe this has happened to us. If you decide to hire Fresh Touch Painting, I hope that you do not end up like us having to redo the entire job over again.
