My niece and I hired a cleaning service for my sisters home recently. Freshys Cleaning service, Ashley Borrero from Saginaw Michigan 989-493-7549. In the final cleaning as my sisters house was sold, $50.00 was stolen from a sealed envelope that was for the new homeowner. Ashley never apologized nor even called us back to explain anything. Ashley said she was taking the remaining items left at the house after the estate sale to her church to donate to the needy. I asked for a donation receipt and never received one, or the photos I requested as proof of the donations being given out. We are completely disappointed and quite frankly feel violated as I have my doubts the items were given to the needy. My niece hired her and we thought we could count on her Angi listing to provide a reputable person, that certainly was not the case. I would not recommend Freshlys as she cannot be trusted with you and your family's or businesses items being safe.

I needed cleaning services for a home that was just purchased. I live out of state and relied heavily on this website to accomplish the Deep Cleaning prior to move in. I arrived the day after the "cleaning "was done and to my horror, NOT ONE THING WAS DONE. I had specifically requested a DEEP CLEANING. There was dust on the ceiling fans,window sills were dirty. The fridge was not touched. The floors weren't done. In general there was no evidence of any cleaning. There was not even a clean smell anywhere. I discovered that there was one room that was considerably difficult so I paid an additional $100 to this vendor for the inconvenience. I attempted to call and texted four different occasions with no response. DO NOT CALL THIS VENDOR

She rescheduled on me then when the day came she said it was the next day. A knob on my stove was broken, (she didnt tell me she broke it ) I ask for deep cleaning of my living and dining room, kitchen, and two baths. The ceiling fan in the living room was not done, cupboards were not washed down anywhere, no furniture was moved or cleaned under, the dining room table was not dusted properly it was spot cleaned around things. The table was not cleaned under, chairs were not cleaned. These are things I could do in a quick hurry she was only here 2 hours and charged me 100 and 30 dollars. This to me wasnt deep cleaning, sorry I am not that picky but deep cleaning to me is moving things to clean under. (Right?). I had to ask her to wash windows and they werent the only ones to do, but didnt get done. Sorry, first time hiring and will not do it again!

I loved the company , they where friendly and on time. The finish product was top notch I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a great is cleaning service . They only use what you prefer and take safety very serious

She make sure of what u like to be use and what cant be use in the house. I would have her come back anytime to clean my house. She was in time and very friendly too. I am very happy with the work was done.
