One Time Interior House Cleaning
The team that came by was friendly and started work right away. But the quality of work was not exceptional. It was obvious stuff that needed to be touched up that I had to point out. Cleaning of light fixtures, window seals, dust on trim, an oven that I was told could not be cleaned (I cleaned it after they left), the top of the refrigerator was not cleaned, stainless steel was not polished (polished it after they left). On a positive note, when I pointed out deficiencies they were very quick to correct or attempt to. For what I paid I would have expected a more thorough cleaning.

"I apologize you wasnt satisfied, but we did every thing to your standards, before we got paid, we asked you to thoroughly look over our work ... and after we corrected a few things that you pointed out, you then proceeded to pay for the services provided that was to your satisfaction. Again we apologize that you weren't satisfied after we left."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The team was very personable. However, I hired them for a deep/move out cleaning and all I got was a surface cleaning. They did an excellent job on my oven and refrigerator, however everything else was a surface job. I had to point out several areas where they had to go back and re-clean. I hired a pro thinking I would get a professional job, what I got looked like something I would have expected of myself. Definitely not worth the $300 I paid.

Addie is fantastic! My rental companyâs cleaning standard is âthoroughly cleanâ; not clean enough, almost clean, mostly clean. After a dirty and lazy tenant move out my rental property. I needed a âthoroughly cleanâ job and she delivered! She was on time, professional, honest, thorough, and careful. She clearly communicated what she could do, and what would be included, and then made sure to ask specific questions about if we wanted certain types of cleaning solutions used on delicate surfaces. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her to other Landlords looking for a great value, thorough house cleaning. Thank you Addie!

While they were easy to work with around our difficult schedule, they left so many basic things undone during their "deep clean" (dusting the tv stand, vacuuming the whole hall, etc) that I would not hire them again, nor recommend them to anyone who needs more than just a quick tidy up.

After they left I began to inspect the job that they did. nothing was moved to dust behind or under it and the floors were awful! Dust bunnies everywhere, they did not sweep near the recliners and they did not bother to clean under any piece of furniture in my home. They did not mop my kitchen floor either.This was the initial visit and they were to do a deep cleaning and they were gone in 90 minutes. Not nearly ling enough to do a deep cleaning of 1800sq ft. I am in the market for another cleaning service. As in my opinion if you are getting paid to do a deep cleaning that means EVERYTHING including but not limited to baseboards and mirrors! If there was a way to stop the payment on them I would do just that so that my hard earned money goes to someone who will do it right.

And when the job was finished, we spoke with the husband of the home to check and be cleared to go .. and THEN we were paid by check AFTER he checked .. again I apologize that you were unsatisfied, and we would be more than happy to re-do the job, and possibly free of charge !"
