Fresh Top Asphalt L.L.C

Job was full of failures all around. Hired as part of multi property job for private drive. First issue was failed equipment that drug the job out blocking driveways for multiple days. First attempt failed to properly cover the area. Bare spots everywhere. Had to call them back, They came back and ended up coating everything again, however still failed to properly seal the front 100ft drive properly on second attempt. Called again, wanted some buckets of material so we could fix ourselves without blocking driveways again, owner agreed to bring it by. However they failed to follow through. Made many attempts at contact over a month period but was ghosted by the company. Failure to respond to text, email or voicemail. Fast forward a year, entire front 100ft drive about 60% bare from never being coated properly to begin with. Recent attempts the company offered resolutions but then never followed through. Just got through buying materials and coating myself to finally be done.

They were punctual great communication, They came in at bid No hidden cost and no additions were charged. Our roads look fantastic and they even went above and beyond in a few places and didnâ t assess any additional charges. We will definitely do business with them again and use them for maintenance.

Appreciated the upfront information and pricing. Great and friendly staff . Job done as expecting and on time. Attention to detail and went above and beyond.
