The work done on our master bathroom remodel was great and we are extremely happy with the result and quality of work that was completed. We were very happy with Larry’s contractor Bryant. We had a few communication issues with Larry that resulted in a delay of completion, but would still recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the work done by Larry Friedenson and his team. They remodeled our bathroom perfectly for us. All the finishes were top notch. They also did some work making it possible to hook up our washer/dryer upstairs. Looks like it always a part of the room. Larry's crew were very polite, efficient and nice to work with.

I highly recommend this company. I did a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Barb and Larry are very trustworthy people. They are honest, reasonable, and really want to do a good job. They do not nickel and dime you at all. His crew is awesome. Also very trustworthy, which is important when going through this process. I am very satisfied with everything. My rooms look completely different and Beto (main worker) and his team are just awesome. They really want to do a good job. I will be using them in the future without a doubt. I would never contact anyone else to complete work at my house. I was very nervous about this big project. Never done anything like this before and I am quite picky from all my HGTV watching, but I wouldn t change a thing.

Was told the project would take 3 weeks it ended up being 2 months a lot of no-show by the subcontractor and conflict between the subcontractor and painter. I had to go back and do some of my own painting. I know the project was a difficult one and the bathroom turned out great but the timeline was a real killer.

"The project was extremely difficult. She had several contractors that didn't even know where To start. The problem was a large window on the back wall of the old shower We did a beautiful job. The delay was caused by the shower door delivery. The painter went back to correct issues and customer approved his work. We do excellent work. And try to do everything perfectly. But sometimes things happen. However, in the end, the job was beautiful and perfect."

Painted existing light oak cabinets white and added in new fixtures, extended existing island for seating 3-4 people, added in wet bar, added in pantry, all new granite countertops & backsplash, plenty of new electrical, lighting (recessed and fixture), and drywall work done. All good quality work.

First off, I had very high expectations using Larry for a bathroom remodel. He and his wife Mary were very professional during our meetings prior to the remodel. We made a contract and planned out what was going to happen. Did everything happen in the contract? Yes, to a certain point. Im sure Larry will contend this but it definitely wasnt $12,000 of work. The check has been cashed. The workers that Larry hired seemed professional at first. Then I started to realize that these workers were not detail oriented which is important during a remodel. I have the pictures to prove their many mistakes. I will be shelling out more money because Larry promised to fix the mistakes over and over....... mistakes are still there. Im sure after this review Larry will write back and somehow say Im wrong. Customer service, Larry! Stay away from this company. I shouldve never listened to Home Advisor. Also, I called Home Advisor to voice my issues. Its been over 30 days and no call back from them after talking to someone.

"1. Bathroom and shower was done without any issues. Brian and his wife loved the shower. It was outstanding glass doors, designer tiles. 2. Only the toilet was left to install. Brian said he would install toilet. Told my workers good job I'll do it when toilet comes in. We do everything possible to satisfy a customer before we leave a job. I asked him is everything good and he said it was and wrote me a check. We shook hands and said good bye. NO COMPLAINTS. His faulty installation left a grout spot that he should have filled. The shower is being used and is a major improvement."

As a business owner, I knew that "finishing my basement" was not a simple job. I needed a Project Manager, not a Contractor. I chose Larry Friedenson because of his years of experience and his history working locally. I'm so glad that I did! Larry and his wife Barb (who runs her own interior design business) met me at my home. They're old school, and straight talkers. They recognized where my ideas would work, and guided me away from poor expenditures (a bad room layout, a miss on flooring choice even after I'd researched it, etc.). Together, we drew up a new set of plans that met my family's needs and budget. We agreed on a price, and work began promptly. Larry was consistently on the premises. Work was performed by licensed contractors who knew their trades, with Larry there to guide. My family was often home. Everyone was polite, professional, and competent. There was a normal amount of noise and dust, but for less time than we expected because Larry's team worked quickly. This was a nice perk I didn't foresee. The work was finished to an excellent level, in a timely way, as we agreed. I would hire Larry and his teams again.

Very sloppy not at all what was expected, very unprofessional staff. Very messy, did not clean up and I will be hiring multiple people to redo this mess that I was left with. Not at all impressed. Make sure to check references on this one.

"We do everything possible to make Laura happy We had to deal with rusted broken pipes in The crawl space which was filled with raw sewage The house smelled from the sewage from the sink And other plumbing fixtures. Even the heat run to the bathroom was filled with sewage The job was done and there were no complaints We were paid and she was happy. We had to overcome severe obstacles"
