"Hi Dennis, Owner of Friendly AC here... first off I?d like to start by saying thank you for your opinion and honesty, we really need more people like you to speak up with confidence and Assertive direction how else would we truly know how our technical staff are Performing out there in the field.... that being said maybe you should take a life lesson and ask for a refund or a different technician next time...that way your outlandish and uncalled for commentary doesnt effect multiple families livelihood ? just saying...!?
