Did not know what he was doing. Worked crazy hours. Did not communicate well. Grossly miscalculated the cost. Estimate turned out to be double the original estimate and the time to complete. Did not cleanup after the job was completed. Found out after he had already started that he had never done floors before; stated he watched a YouTube video. Unsatisfactory completion. We settled to just get it over with. The few days originally stated to complete ran into 2 1/2 weeks. Nice guy. But should stick to fencing and painting. Would definitely call him for a fencing project because he is a nice guy.
