These guys are new in the area and are serious about making a name for themselves. We had a spring break at one of our rentals. It took out one of the roller bearings and a cable and left the tenants car stuck in the Garage. We sent a request to Angi at around 4:00 pm. By 5:30 we had a tech from Friendly Garage Doors, at the property and inspecting the damage. They did not have the size springs for our door on the truck and agreed to have them there at 9:00 am the next day. Jordan disassembled the door so we could get the car out and returned promptly at 9:00 am to finish the job. Nothing feels sweeter to a property owner than getting issues resolved quickly and people on their way as soon as possible.
