I called thinking they would send a Plummer I got a technician He was very nice but I misunderstood exactly what he was doing I thought he was redoing the pipes under my sink he said I would need a Plummer for that I had a bid from any hour service it was quite a bit higher so I hired friendly service I should have hired any hour because they were going to fix the pipes and unclog another slow drain in another sink I feel friendly home services did a bad job because I thought the pipe redo was included in the quote Also When I call a plumbing company I except a Plummer

I don't know plumbing costs super well but all the other plumbers require a fee to just to drive out to the house. These guys gave me a free consultation and did the work in a timely manner. Will consider them again for all future projects

While I appreciate the quality of the work and timeliness of getting it done, I was told by the electrician it was going to cost under $200 to install a 50 amp outlet. I told him to go ahead and get it done. I should have had him give me a formal quote. They're supposed to do that anyway. While he was doing the work, I had some meetings to attend so I wasn't there to pay him when he was finished. He charged my wife $430 which was substantially more than what he said. The electric box was right next to the outlet he installed so I know there was hardly any wiring and it was a very easy job. I do think we were overcharged significantly. I felt a little hustled.

Jakob was wonderful. He explained to me what needed to be fixed on the A/C unit. He showed me the part that was defaulted and replaced it. I will keep friendly home service on my phone for any future repairs. I was leery about using this company but I am happy I called them. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Jakob!

Not Yet. I need to settle the amount charged. For two hours of work, I was charged $ 720.00. There must be a mistake. They installed two ceiling fixtures that I had purchased separately at Lowes.
