Great work...responded quickly to original issue of a clogged sewer and then scheduled an immediate appointment to replaced cracked iron drain. He kept us up to date throughout process and made recommendations on further updates, consider into much of the plumbing is 100 years old.

Came after midnight to fix a clogged toilet. Turns out we needed a whole new toilet. We picked up a new one first thing in the morning and he came right back over. New toilet was cracked. He stayed until I was able to return the broken toilet to Home Depot and get back with a new one. No extra charges for the extra visit or the extra time it took to complete the job. Very professional and very respectful.

Talk about a lifesaver!!!! I had a major plumbing issue with my bathroom and had no idea if I could get anyone to come out on a Friday afternoon. They were able to not only come and review the issue but take the extra mile and get the job done. They found a new pump before a store closed picked it up, put it in and cleaned up afterwards. They were precise and very friendly, it didn't seem like someone was doing a business but a friend over coming to help.

"We are sorry you feel this way but we did not rip off anyone nor would we ever. Once we knew that you had a problem we tried reaching out to you to fix the issue the office called you and also the technician that helped you tried reaching out to use several times. We service you doing more than one thing the problem is the bathroom was fixed and resolved and the second part was done and we took video of the work and that is how the total cost was 500. The issue that you are having is because you had a very old pipe that needs to be changed. We are not a large company which is why we take pride in the way we service our customers."

My bathtub would continue to get clogged. I got in touch with Rami and he was so flexible and came the next day. It started to snow heavy and Rami was actually able to come sooner then the original time agreed on. He was timely, organized and very friendly. He provided tips on what to do to prevent clogging. Heâ s also priced very reasonable! Will definitely continue to use his services going forward.
