Tony does excelllent and at a reasonable price. In addition, her is very personable, keeps his appointments and IS HONEST. My repair need at the time was for a Whirlpool gas-powered dryer. The solution he came up with was amazingly good for could have been a costly (parts) repair. Tony called me immediately, and scheduled me in the next day. When he arrived (in the pouring rain), he was on time and very friendly. He came in, fixed my machine and charged a fair price. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and I would definately hire him again as well as recommend him to family and friends.

Tony, was hired to fix my GE Triton XL dishwasher. Came in on time, diagnosed the problem very fast. No extra parts were required. Tested the dishwasher few times before he left. No extra charges. A+.

He contacted me within seconds to the point that I was almost in shock. He was prompt, polite and fixed the problem immediately. I am hiring him to come back to do some other work. I was very impressed when he gave me a folder with all his information, including insurance paperwork . Also as a first time client, he gave me a small gift along with a magnetic business card. The job was not done thoroughly. Things that were supposed to be cleaned were not. An estimate was given for one amount, then I found out it was going to be extra for certain things. The owner did lower the price due to my dissatisfaction.

Timely and did a good job!

The guy came over and completely looks to me screwed up my Refrigerator. I called another guy, who just fixed within half hour. Guy came from Friendly Smile has no knowledge. He opened whole my refrigerator and told me first my motor burnt, then told me my compressor burnt, he messed up my whole refrigerator and left without doing proper packing and making. I called another from Lowes, it was much better. I am upset as this guy really messed up and charged me $45 for nothing as well as I need to pay second guy, who did good job but guy from Friendly Smile cut so many cables and messed up, I have to pay around $150 to make my refrigerator work

Tony was very professional and very helpful. I requested him to do some research on the availability of used appliance. He did and got back to me promptly.

I was happy with the work that was done, but a bit overpriced I thought.... $175.00 for labor and no parts... He was here for less than an hour and he was local ( within 15 minutes)... Except for the cost, I was happy but consider that it was my own fault for not asking for some kind of estimate up front with the work.....
