On time for estimate. They were below other estimates. Removal of all branches was completed. Polite and professional.

So refreshing to actually call a company who returns your call and shows up at the time that was scheduled. The whole team was polite and courteous and showed how well trained they are. From start to finished they worked hard and paid extra attention to clean up. I did not see any of them on their phones instead of working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for tree service.

They were punctual, polite, did great work and cleaned up after themselves very well. I called them for an estimate on one day and the entire job was done by the next morning. Jose, who came to do the estimate, showed up at exactly the time he promised to be there--not a minute late. He was friendly, polite, considerate and the price was very reasonable. The crew the next morning were punctual, polite, efficient, friendly, professional. I will definitely use them again.

THIS COMPANY'S CREW IS THE BEST. WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT A VERY LARGE TREE LIMB THAT WAS LODGED AND RESTING ON ANOTHER LIMB IN THIS TREE WHICH POSED A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS CONDITION IN AND AROUND MY HOME, THEY SENT A CREW OVER TO ASSESS THE CONDITION. ONCE THEY SAW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE I WAS ADVISED THEY WOULD BE BACK TO MY HOME A LITTLE LATER INTHE DAY TO REMEDY TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY ARRIVED ALITTLE LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WITH THE BUCKET TRUCK AND PROCEEDED TO GET UP AMONG THE TREE BRANCHS AND SKILLFULLY CUT THE BROKEN BRANCHES AND LIMBS DOWN AND CHIPPED THEM UP. IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF TREE WORK DONE, CALL FRIENDLY TREE PROFESSIONALS ARE THE PEOPLE TO CALL. YOU CAN BE ASSURED THEY WILL SKILLFULLY REMEDY THE SITUATION LEAVING YOUR HOME AND PROPERTY IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. We needed a real professional to remove a severely leaning Mulberry tree from our backyard. Ed, owner of Friendly Tree Service is a certified arborist and very skilled! So is his crew! Ed dismantled the tree piece by piece, carefully and patiently! It was pretty amazing to watch! The team orchestration led by Ed was great, and you can tell his team respects and learns from him. The overall experience was excellent. He stump-grinded also, and when they left, my backyard was spotless! If you want something done right, you need a professional! That's Friendly Tree Service! Friendly tree professionals. Why use anyone else? On time, professional and friendly. Spent 1-1/4 days at my property cutting down trees, pruning and stump grinding. They left the grounds impeccably clean! Very hard workers and fair and reasonable prices! Strongly recommend then and will definitely use their services again! 5 stars!!!!

Saw the name on Home Advisor. Called and spoke to Jose. He came the following day and gave me an estimate. (It was less than half of what the first company quoted). They came a few days later and were in and out in less than two hours and took a few large branches that were not in the estimate. Cleaned up the small stuff as well. Highly recommend.

You never know what you are going to get but I was pleasantly surprised. Their quote was very reasonable for the work I asked them to do. They removed a MONSTER of a tree. One of their pieces of equipment needed to be repaired in the process but that did not impact their ability to complete the job promptly and completely. I highly recommend them!!

Ed and the people from Friendly Tree Service did an excellent job trimming two trees that were too close to my house. It took a while for them to get to me, but it was a small job and I don't hold that against them. They showed up within the time frame I needed them and did the work quickly and professionally. They cleaned up great, too. I would definitely use them again.

a cut above--nice people

A 45 foot tree had come down from a strong wind and had landed on our deck; Ed came by to do the estimate within 24 hours, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and sent his crew the next day to cut the tree down and grind the stump. The service was exceptional and you almost cannot tell that there was ever a tree in that area. The cleanup was meticulous! I will certainly use and recommend FTP again. Thanks for the great work.

They were not the original pro given to us, but I contacted Friendly Tree Professionals for a 2nd bid. They came in a lot lower in price for the same amount of work. Work was scheduled to be completed within a week, I even called to move the work up one day. They came in and removed tree trees, one with 3 trunks that was at least 20 feet around! They did the work in one day, ground up the stumps and left the yard in immaculate condition! I was so pleasantly surprised as I checked in on the project mid-day and there was sawdust, branches, wood all over the place. At the end of the day -- voila - it was as if the trees magically disappeared and someone meticulously cleaned up the yard. We have 2 other very large trees to remove and will definitely be calling Friendly Tree Professionals back again.

Ed was very professional and explained exactly what work he would do. The guys arrived in a timely manner and got the job done for a reasonable rate. Would recommend!

I needed a large tree that had fallen, including the stump, removed from my backyard. The price I paid was fair ($100 less than a quote I got from another tree service through Home Advisor.) The work was done promptly and they did a very neat cleanup job. I would use them again.

The price was awesome, The gentlemen did an excellent job and didn't leave a leaf and he was fast and he also did the bark.

He did a great job trimming and shaping an overgrown tree. They removed the stumps and cleaned up nicely.
