I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Friends Heating and Air! They added me in same day even though that meant not arriving until about 7pm and didn't leave until the job was done close to 10pm. Emre was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Earlier that day, Fuse Services tried to sell me a $15,000 new AC unit due to the "mold" being so bad that I would also need to replace all the duct work. Emre told me the "mold" was actually just years of accumulated dirt and dust and all I needed was to change out the fan motor and do a clean-up of the inside of the unit and he didn't even recommend cleaning the duct work since he didn't feel it was needed. Cost was $500. I don't see how these other people sleep at night. Anyway, these guys are very honest and just good folks. I HIGHLY recommend Friends Heating and Air!!

Very fast, efficient, wore coverings on their shoes so as not to carry in dirt. Researches various models of heat pumps and gave me alternatives with high efficiency ratings! And reasonable costs.

Found my new HVAC team! They did exactly what I asked for the price we agreed on. Excellent communication and right on schedule.

Came that night (Saturday). Tried to repair but motor was blown and had to order. Got the part on Monday and came to install. They did everything they could to help me and as quickly as possible. I had been without heat for 5 days waiting on the company American Home Sheild assigned and they were not coming until the 12th, another 6 days!!!! That would've been almost 2 wks without heat! Was using space heaters that were overheating my outlets and dangerous. I was scared to death! I decided I wasn't going to wait any longer for American Home Sheild! There was no guarantee their company was coming, when they would get the part and come back to install! It could be weeks! Friends had my heat repaired and back on in less than a day and a half and that was even with ordering the motor! It goes beyond being thankful to be warm, I feel it was done right!

Friends did an excellent job from beginning to end. They properly assessed my set up, replacing the unit and hauling away the old system for the best price. They were knowledgeable, fast, friendly and punctual. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

With the cold weather setting in and my fireplace giving me trouble. I've turned to the internet on Angie's list for a pro to see if they could get it started within 3 minutes. Friends contacted me. The young man who is the partner of the gentleman who came assured me that I would be taken care of if his partner couldn't make it, he would, it would just be a little later. No sooner hung up the phone when his partner called said he would be here within the hour. It was even Shorter than that, the young man totally professional friendly courteous, sat down and started on the job and did not give up until I had a beautiful blue flame for a pilot light and a very warm living room, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well worth Their reasonable rate, and it was such a relief to know that when I received a few cards to give to friends of mine, who also have fireplaces that, for some reason, are occupied by gremlins during the summertime, I can rest with an easy mind when I refer this c
