Gas Piping
Mr. Friendly, came by my office to help me out to get keys and then go to my house, put in the gas for my dryer and the water for my refrigator. He was completely finished by the time I got home. Now that is service.

George called right away and explained that he was quite busy at the moment. I explained that I was no hurry, the bathroom had been in a state of disrepair for almost a year. He called me a week or so later and came over an gave me an estimate. Told me he would normally be able to schedule the work for Saturday, but that was his daughgter's birthday. I was not expecting hime do the job that fast and as a mom I had no problem putting the work off a couple of days. He came right on time for the day we scheduled the work was done quicklyand all was cleaned up There no mess or anything when they left and I finally had a bathroom .

Friends Plumbing replaced a 23-yr old leaking water heater. George was attentive, courteous and professional, installing a new unit in just 2 hours. His quote for this project was significantly lower than the "brand name" plumbers. I highly recommend Friends.

I loved working with George Friend. He called 5 minutes after I submitted my request through Service Magic. Came over immediately to help me troubleshoot. Allowed me the opportunity to tear out the floor myself to save a little money, was always available when needed and went out of his way to schedule me between clients. He even came back once I had the new floor installed to reinstall the toilet and sink - went above and beyond. The only complaint I have, and I can't even complain, is that he left some adhesive on and around the toilet which was difficult to scrape off once it had dried.
