No one came back per our agreement and quoted/paid price. We paid in full and never came back to grind down our tree stumps.

I wish they would have come back and ground our stumps. We paid them in full, and then kept making excuses about not coming back. I tried to contact them multiple time and then started getting ignored. Just wish they would honor our agreementâ ¦

Paid for tree and stump removal in October. Came and removed the tree, but never came back to remove the stump. Was extremely rude to my wife when trying to rectify this situation multiple times. Had no problem cashing my check for the entire job and not finishing it. Ended up paying another company, who was great to work with, to come and remove the stump.

They were 2 hours late on the 1st day. They came back 9 days later to finish the job instead of 2 days.

We don?t give out exact times on that day because of multiple reasons, we also came back within a few days to remove your stump witch you were informed of prior to the removal, no need to include the multiple things that we did for free to stay within your budget in the review, thx"

We have two stumps that need to be removed and some other trees that need to be taken down. We paid for stump removal and there are promises to return to do that... but, we are now in weeks past with promises to return. so far... nobody in sight. I paid in advance for tree and stump removal. In Ames. It could be the problem. Too far away. Learn and live.

"I am sorry you were not as pleased as your husband was when he paid for the work that was done and completed to his satisfaction at a great price I might add. I do think it is a bit harsh to leave a 1-star review over one 4 inch stump in your garden that was 4-6 inches below grade before you had landscapers in there digging and leveling. You are correct I did try to make it out there to accommodate you and make sure you were satisfied, but at the time we were extremely busy as I stated many times through text messages. Again I apologize for your dissatisfaction and will make time if this still needs to be done. Thanks."
