Nick Watson did an amazing job installing our chandeliers. He was timely, courteous and he went above and beyond in cleaning everything before he left. We love the new look, appreciate his work.

Nick, the gentleman that did our work was great. If he is a good representation of others that work for Frog, then Frog is a winning company. I am going to hire them for my AC maintenance as well.

I had Frog heating and air come out for quotes on two jobs. The first project was to install a box and light in the bathroom where the builders had used short cuts. Butch was able to remedy the problem and get my light installed correctly. The other project was for new electrical for lights beside the garage door. He was able to come up with a plan and the quote was reasonable. When funds are available I plan on having Frog heating and air do this project as well.

First time using Frog and I will be a repeat customer. Read the good reviews mentioning Butch and my first question I asked was his name. When he stated Butch I was relieved and we hit it off great. Very informative as he was troubleshooting and gave me several preventive tips. Great guy and I shared my biscuit recipe with him and hope he enjoys it.

They did good work, but they were high priced .

I decided to take a chance on a company that has great online reviews and good commercials. They also had the equipment I wanted at an affordable cost, excellent financing options, and a built-in warranty plan. I have not been disappointed! I started the process with Josh B, a well-versed professional who answered all my questions and provided the bid. He gave me his cell phone number if I needed additional details. All systems were go! Installation done two days later. Chris and Jimmy did an exemplary job with the installation. I have always heard your unit is only as good as the individuals who install it. Fortunately, I had a great team. They had a strong work ethic and skill set. Chris even offered some advice regarding the noise from my old return, definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Because there were a couple of bumps in the road, I also had an opportunity to meet Curtis, another nice and competent member of the team. FYIâ ¦the bumps were not the fault of Frog. Interestingly, I never had any concerns about whether this company would get everything up and running. That is rare in the world of the consumer. Josh encouraged me to follow-up, and I texted him several times. He was always available and made a plan to address whatever was going on. As a result of my experience, my family is very impressed and will likely use Frog in the future. BRAVO!!

Did an awesome job however pricing is a little high for putting in basic socket, and hanging a light.

They were quick to call and quick to arrive.They replaced my heat pump on the same day they came to my home.
