Handyman Service
The contractor does quality work but has a habit of significantly increasing the price after starting a job. On several occasions they increased the price as the job progressed. I asked them to leave my property after they they raised the price a 4th time and could not give me a final price. I was left with the impression that they intentionally raise the price after the room is torn apart to take advantage of the customer.

Handyman Service
Froilan was great. The job installing a new oven hood, replacing the floor in the kitchen sink cabinet (due to water damage), installing a new kitchen faucet and replacing one pipe for the drain. He was in and out in 2 1/4 hours, including vacuuming my whole kitchen floor. He showed up right on time, was organized, professional and neat. I will hire him again.
