From The Ground Up Landscaping & Lawn Care

I live in Chicago and I found this company on the web. Judd got back to me right away. He told me upfront that he had other jobs that day and could not get by my parents house until 4pm. Sure enough he was at their house on time and he was very professional and kind. My mother loved his personality and professionalism. Additionally he did a fantastic job on the flower beds. My parents have had the same lawn service for the past 10-11years otherwise I would have given Judd this contract also. We are very, very pleased at the level of service we received and Judd will be maintaing our hedges and beds from now on.

Really nice young man, but was to begin the job on Saturday morning and did not start until after 5 pm. Returned on Sunday to complete. Ran out of trash bags to remove leaves. Left to get more. Today is Tuesday and filled bags are still here, some leaves have not been gathered, and have not seen him again. I foolishly have paid the invoice already. It has rained, but there was adequate time remaining on Sunday for the job to be completed if he has returned.
