Jeff was amazing!! He really checked every single little detail and explained it all to us in a way that first time homebuyers could understand. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase of an old house with some quirks. He also is just a generally good human, which is rare to find these day. I canâ t recommend Jeff enough and will surely use him again and again for any future home purchases.

HIRE FROM THE GROUND UP HOME INSPECTIONS Jeff was amazing to work with and extremely accommodating when we had a very short window of time to get our home inspection done. He was out the next day and sent us an extremely detailed report by that evening. The report was very thorough and because we are out of state and not able to be at the home at the time of the inspection he gave us a call with his overall thoughts. Jeff had told us he was accessible 24 hours a day and he wasn’t kidding. He values service and does everything he can to help out his customers. We originally went with him because of his extremely competitive prices but now I think I would’ve paid much more for how well he took care of us. Thank you Jeff!
