Avoid this company at all costs, they are unprofessional and unskilled. Completely incapable of working with homeowners. The project manager became irate when we discovered that some work was not being built to code and wanted it corrected. We've had unreasonable demands for payment with no materials to show for it and Jacob has not been transparent with how the funds are being used. He and his crew show up for two days and then disappear for a week or more and our messages are left unanswered. I have disabilities and am now left with only one safe means of egress from my home because of the disaster Jacob created. Don't make the same mistake we did!

Jake was amazing in his customer service and communication he was very easy to get a hold of and gave me clear expectations very easy to work with I highly recommend and will continue to recommend to all my clients

Jacob withheld that 50% of the cost to finish my project was not covered in his original estimate. My impression of Jacob is that he is an expert at fooling you into believing that he is friendly (and won't be a stickler about contract terms), then turning around and threatening to sue you. I found out later from another handyman that my project was impossible to do. It involved adding a doorway and a loft that would have been impossible to install. Either Jacob did not notice this or hoped that he could get away with my initial deposit of $8k and told me I would need to hire another company to make those aspects possible. Jacob was a nightmare to work with, made off with $2k of my hard-earned money, and has quite literally solely convinced me to never work with local contractors.
