Had a very great experience with From the Ground An Up. They are very respectful company. They went threw the process step by step. And they came up with some great ideas to save me some money and was able to provide me with a senior citizen discount. I can't wait until my next project. I was suggest everyone to this company.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
The scheduled time was 9 am both days and showed up at 1-2 pm. Did not bring all the supplies (grout). Several tiles were loose and cracked after the so called completion. We contact Booker the owner and would not show up to make the repairs. The house was going on the market that next day to be sold so I removed and replaced the tiles. Found plastic spacers under the tiles. Never use this company!
