I gave this feedback via phone as well. The repair person called me to move up the appointment when I asked him to call me with the information regarding the dishwasher as my elderly mother was at the house and unable to make decisions. He gave her some general information (i guess) and never followed up with me. Although the crux was that I needed a new dishwasher and I trust he was correct, I do not know what was wrong with the appliance, as my mother could not communicate that information to me and I never heard from the company as I requested.

Very professional and courteous, on time, explained everything thoroughly. Kurt was great! Needed my dishwasher repaired, unfortunately for me the cost to repair would be about the same to buy a new one. Kurt explained what was wrong and didn't charge me the trip fee even tho he was not able up fix it. Will definitely use again!
