Front Range Granite was very professional. They were quick in response to listing. Flexible in scheduling to coincide with Best Buy induction cooktop installation team. On time, careful about controlling the dust from cutting the granite to the proper size for the new cooktop. Removed the existing gas cooktop as part of the job. Made sure the new cooktop would fit the new cutout, and offered to come back if the installation crew needed any adjustments, which were not necessary.

Wish I would have spoken to other installers. I asked them to level out the counters. Did not happen. I paid them to install a new sink and they said they would have a plumber here and it was included in the estimate. The day of the install I asked if the plumber would be here and he said he would try to get him here and he did. It was a handyman and not a plumber. The handyman informed me I would need to get additional parts because they cannot use the old hardware that the garbage disposal had. The plumber was here for a couple of hours and had about 20-30 dollars in parts and I paid over $300 directly to the plumber(handyman). Seems as though I paid twice. The countertop installation was not cheap. I have a pass-through in the kitchen and I asked for quartz to be installed instead to match the counters. They did and instead of shimming up to meet the existing trim, they set an inch and a half below. All the trim had to be redone unnecessarily. I am a Master Electrician and realize the importance of hiring licensed electricians and plumbers. I am continually fixing handymans electrical work. If something were to go wrong they do not have insurance. For instance, I come home and my place is flooded. They should not be doing electrical or plumbing work because they do not know what they are doing and it is a violation of the law for very good reason. I wish I could post pictures here! I am normally not one that would leave a negative review.
