Front range offered us different options designed to meet our needs. Rob is really knowledgeable about HVAC systems. We wanted to install a central humidifier. However, because our furnace is in the attic, he told us about the problems it would cause related to mold and freezing water lines. Other companies told us it would be fine. We went with Front Range because we received advice and information rather than getting up sold on something that would be expensive and inefficient for our home. The installation crew was professional and also showed us how to use the smart thermostat. We also signed a service contract and are really pleased with the work and inspections. I wholeheartedly recommend Front Range for all your HVAC needs. BTW, our system was installed over a year ago and we are thrilled.

After failure of a previous system because of a bad installation, Front Range came in with a reasonable bid with no attempt to install a larger system. Staff was great on the install. Some additional changes were needed and handled expertly by the firm. Great job!!

19 months of disgraceful business practices and multiple issues with installation which owner refuses to acknowledge and lies about. I cannot recommend this company as I find the owner to be no less than a monster.

Very happy from start to finish. Project to as long as they projected. Love my new high-tech furnace. My only complaint is the installer said we needed to update an electrical plug and would be back to replace. Haven't heard from this company since they received my payment.

I had a mixed experience. I hired them to do a water heater and whole house HVAC. The whole house HVAC went really well. My proposal guy really understood the air quality requirements we had, and set us up with a great air handling system. On commissioning, they found a dangerous manufacturer issue, and were able to get the warranty replacement in place without issue. But the water heater proposal was completely oversold. We have a large soaking tub (120G) that we have trouble filling in a reasonable time, and they sold me a high recovery system with 38G reserve as a replacement. It performs worse than our previous system, and they have been back several times to address, but haven't gotten at the core issue. They seem unwilling to acknowledge that the proposal was simply the wrong thing, and unable to propose a working solution going forward. I'll be using a different company for addressing this issue later. So overall, mixed experience. But on the good side of mixed.

Central AC and furnace replacement in old house. They ran into some problems along the way and ended up having to come an additional day, but there was no added cost, everything was ultimately installed well, and the new system works great.

They completed multiple jobs. New furnace, New hot water tank. New repipe from galvanized. New sewer repipe. Gas line install for stove. Rewrapped heat-taped water line. Multiple days all of the guts, with their specific tasks and all arounders did a fantastic job. They were polite, pleasant and really enjoyed their work. It was a 3 day job and on completion everything was cleaned up and in working order. Their pricing was exceptional and I am very pleased and recommended them to my neighbors. Thanks everyone, I greatly appreciated your hard work and very fair pricing.
