I hired Frontier Home Inspections because my new home is nearing the end of its 1st year. Since I moved into my home (Sept 2016) I ha€™ve had a lot of contractors working in various capacities. And sometimes during warranty repairs I felt that they just wanted to rush through correcting things that should have been done right during the build. Doug found many things that I had no€™t noticed. And since my home is still under the 1st year builders warranty, I will be able to use Doug's detailed inspection report in my claim to the builder for further repairs. I felt calm and safe while Doug was in my home. And it was a pleasure working with him; he is a very nice young man and totally professional.
