Very friendly and willing to do whatever required to get the job done. Everyone else I called was not willing to cut the counter if necessary to install the sink. Nice to have everything done by the same guy. Very nice guy. Only complaint is that the sink strainer didn't fit perfectly but I don't think it was his fault but the fault of the manufacturer of the sink.
