First we were told 5 days, took 5 weeks. Employee stepped on and cracked the ceiling. They did not repair it. Cut the copper drain line and left it to drain into the garage. Hired another contractor. When winter came the thermostat was wired wrong. They came out, could not solve the problem another contractor fixed it and we were not reimbursed. Today it is 100 degrees, the system is barely working. Nothing coming out of the new ducting. Called and were told two weeks. Stay as far away as possible from ever doing business with this guy Joe V. We are contacting an attorney to sue for a replacement system because his 5 year warranty is worthless.

For other people, Joseph got a good rating which is why I picked him. For me he did not do so good. Joseph and I put the new furnace in place, but he had his employee hook it up. His employee did not do a good job. Joseph tried to BS me about that faulty work. Then he tried to BS the company he bought the furnace from to get a new furnace under the warranty. That Company sent out another Plumbing contractor to check Frontier work, and that company discovered the faulty work that Joseph employee had done. That plumbing contractor fixed the problem themselves and charged the bill to Frontier Plumbing. Joseph only have to replace 22 in of substandard ductwork that his employee installed. He never came back.

"Keep in mind that Leonard had his hands on the furnace prior to contacting myself or anyone else from my company prior to having any issues with his furnace because he wanted to act as though he could tinker with the furnace therefore voiding his warranty when he shorted out the computer board, another issue arose when he refused to pay me my final $1500 because he felt justified In putting blame to faulty duct work that was pre-existing on his system prior to my company taking on his install, when I made him aware of the condition of his old duct work and the gas which needed to be brought up to code he refused to want to pay for upgrades an"
