Hired company to repair our house. New buyer decided they wanted to fix them self with their contractor. After giving a large deposit to get things going Frontier Stucco would not give us any of our deposit back (half of the job). After calling, certified mailing and legal actions still can't get our money back.

Signed contract, paid $1500 down and Felipe dropped off some concrete drywall. When asked why he wasn't showing up to do project he said he was mixing the stucco to get the color perfect. In spite of numerous texts and phone calls all I get is that his phone has restrictions on it. We got ripped off. Considering going to court.

Felipe (Frontier Stucco) promptly gave me an estimate, collected a deposit and then disappeared. After 7 weeks of missed appointments to do the work and with freezing temperatures approaching, another contractor was hired. Off to Small Claims Court for the deposit.

Was on time for quote and called daily until we awarded him the job. Came next day to collect deposit. Then disappeared for 3 weeks. I called an he committed to be here next day, and the next day and... had to call several times per day. Finally showed up 1 week later. But his work is very good.

Doesn't show up when they say they will. Do not think they know what they are doing. Leave the work area a mess, clean out cement bucket thrown on yard area, nails left on yard and sidewalk, mess on windows and screens. First stage needs to be redone which means removal of cement from foundation walls. Took a 1/2 deposit. Has not performed the work. Now there is remedial work.
