Super guy, class act. I called, described my ceiling fan problem and he said: "You don't need to pay me a dime, I think I know what the problem is, you can do it yourself and I'll walk you through the steps" and he did! I was able to make a quick repair at no cost to me. I would definitely call him again and pay for his services, provided he didn't think I could do it myself! Many thanks!
