Derek at Frontline Inspections did a great Pre-Drywall inspection on our new build home. He was very thorough and provided us a great digital, easy to read report that we could forward to the home builder. My husband met him at the house toward the end of the inspection. Derek walked him through the entire house and pointed out things he needed to be aware of. We will be hiring Derek again for our Final Inspection when the time comes!

Great experience with Derek. The first time he went to inspect our house (new construction) he noticed it wasn’t ready for inspection. He recommended couple of things be completed by the builder and only then he would inspect. He was kind enough not to charge anything for that visit. Later during subsequent inspections he explained all his findings in detail and provided a professional report. We also had a follow-up inspection done after the builder closed his findings. Derek was both thorough and prompt, answered all our questions and met our deadlines. Overall we were very impressed with Derek & his professionalism & we highly recommended him.

There aren't enough stars to rate Derek's attention to detail. With his technology and explanation of everything, there was no some left unturned. He's worth every dollar and if there's anything wrong, he will definitely find it. I instantly recommended him to my Realtor and she is currently sending customers his way.
