We learned our A/C would not come on on Veterans Day weekend when we were experiencing thermostat errors. Mike came out and was able to diagnose the issue, a short in the outside unit caused a board in the blower to burn up and malfunction. Mike made sure all the replacement parts necessary for the repair were covered under our existing 10 year Rheem warranty. The next morning, Laura in the office was great in letting us know when to expect the repair technician to show up. Just hours later we back up and running with a fully operational and tested system. Our AC stopped working and I found Frosty online. They contacted me within minutes of my request, and they were friendly and helpful. The technician arrived as scheduled the next day. He was very professional and friendly. He quickly serviced the AC, showed me the problem and how I could resolve it in the future. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything that I did not need (in fact, he was very conscious about the cost of the call). I strongly recommend them.

They came, did the job, and left. Everything was good, honest and professional.

They were expensive . And the tech. who came to my home took the wrong measurements for the new air cond they had to disassemble the air cond. out side to try to fit it in the attic but it still did not fit so they had to make the hole access to the attic bigger and from banging my ceiling fell and the owner did not want to fix it. I said the ceiling was wet the tech saw that.When they put the air cond. in we still had water they said I needed duck work and charged me for that I don't think this company should have a five star rating.I was not told up front about extra duck work

The two young gentlemen who installed the unit were polite and very customer aware. They cleaned up after themselves. When they left they explained what they had done and how the unit should work. I would recommend this company to any one.

This companies price was lower than every other quote I was give, or found. The company was honest, over all it was a good company. I was very happy with the outcome of the work.
