He was late the first time. No call no show the 2nd appointment. His air conditioning broke. I had to contact him to see if he was coming ð ¥ I was waiting for him the whole morning thinking he was just running late. He rescheduled then his truck broke down. He has not contacted me to reschedule. Never finished the job or contacted me at all. Very disappointed. Bad business practices.
