Charles came to our house due to pigeon issues. I was impressed with the reviews. We had issues not only on our roof where they were nesting but also in our attic. They came in and found a worse condition than we expected in our attic. They came in and did a thorough cleaning job even before we hired him. He told his assistant, we can t leave their house like that. We hired them and they came back and spent a full day on our roof cleaning and putting up pigeon control devices. He explained everything he was going to do and provided pictures of what was happening on our roof with the pigeons. He was professional and prompt; they left our roof and outside of our house pigeon-proof (as much as you can) and clean. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to others or use them in the future if needed. He did an excellent job and we are happy with the job.
