I hired this company to remodel my kitchen. The backsplash behind my stove fell down after they installed it. They reinstalled it and the tile fell down again! They never came out to repair the tile that was damaged, after they told me someone would be out to repair the tile.

Contacted Ted at the end of February and got a quote for a vinyl privacy fence install. He does not communicate with his customers and this caused a lot of issues for us, as well as almost an extra $1000. The price would have been more, but Ted quit, even though we had a contract. We finally received our order on April 22, Ted began the outline for our fence, and it was not what we told him we wanted, so we had to again, wait for the new permit for him to start the project again. Once we finally received the revised permit, beginning of May, it then took Ted an additional month to just install ONE panel of our fence and dig 2 additional fence posts. He needed us to rent a machine because he does not have the proper machinery to install fencing, and lied about the price, almost $300 more than from when we called to get quotes on the exact machine, at the exact location Ted contacted. Long story short, Ted does not communicate, does not have proper machinery, and is not professional. Do not hire him.

Ted was very professional and let us know when he ran into issues during installation/repairs and his price was very reasonable. Also he did wonderful work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for additional work.

If you are looking for a general contractor, Ted Fry is your guy for sure. He did a large project for us over the summer of 2020. Our back deck, stairs and walkway were in shambles. Ted rebuilt the stairs and walkway, added a gate and railing, repaired the deck, pressure washed and painted everything. He also cleaned out our gutters/downspouts, removed multiple unwanted bushes and planted grass seed. My side and back yard look the best they ever did. I wish I could upload photos to show off Ted's phenomenal work. His attention to detail is second to none and he was extremely polite and courteous and he kept me informed throughout the course of the project. Thank you again Ted for the amazing work you did at our home. He is officially our contractor now and we will be hiring him for future projects.

Ted power-washed and painted an older metal roof and installed a new railing on our side porch. It was a lot of hard work and he did an excellent job. I am very happy to have found him and so glad I have a beautiful little porch. I am not the original homeowner and the porch has never looked so nice.
