Michael R. Lynn is by far one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with based on everything about him is a much higher rating then 5.0! My project went extremely well and was completed on time. His attention to detail and most of all safety is unsurpassed. After the project was completed a circuit breaker started failing with no clear explanation as to why. All the testing and review of all the updated installations showed no faults and the problem became a mystery with no answers for two days. The backyard is an underground highway of Electrical, irrigation, pool equipment, plumbing, and Landscaping lighting, and timers with no map to show where anything is located. Lynn spent another day searching out the short that was shutting down most of the Electrical systems underground. Lynn did a fantastic job locating the short and replacing the cables. When I asked him what I owed him for the additional unscheduled work he said it���s all part of the job and I���m very glad I found it and now everything is working as you requested. Find me a person in this field with that kind of personality and I���ll show you a man that is worth his weight in gold. Don���t take my word for it read the other reviews and you can���t make a mistake by hiring Chatham Electric!

Chatham Electrical showed up on time. He listened to my explanation of the problem and explained exactly what he would do to troubleshoot and then fix the issue. He was friendly and courteous. He fixed the issue that day and in a timely manner, only about an hour. His rate was great and so was the service. I would definitely recommend them.
