Just got off the phone with Fuel NRG for an emergency service! Great people, great customer service. I was panicked and woke up to no propane left in our home. The on-call technician picked up and was able to assist me all while in great spirits. I know it sounds silly but I was tired of calling my former company and hearing the scuffs & sighs that came with their "customer service". Fuel NRG is the way to go! They provided me with reassurance and reasonable pricing! Shout out to Andrew for being the utmost professional! Customer for life! (Or until we move to Florida 😂)

Great work and very reasonable rates. Andrew always answers or returns calls right away. They are available for urgent work on very short notice even at the weekend. Polite and friendly and easy billing method. You get a PDF via email and can click and pay. You can log in again as copies of receipts are stored which is very convenient for tax purposes.

This was a service call for a annual tune-up/inspection of my boiler and water heater. Great communication from the beginning. Andrew, my primary contact, was the first vendor to reply with a quote, which I thought was very reasonable, and NRG had great reviews on HomeAdvisor, so I booked the appointment. The technicians (a two-man team) arrived on time within the specified window, and were extremely polite and very personable, and they even put on those shoe covers so they would track any debris into my basement. The service was completed in about an hour (no issues), and they were more than willing to answer my questions. I went through the "checkout" procedure right through one of their tablets (paid by check), and I had my receipt emailed to me before they even left. The final cost was the price that was quoted. They were efficient, very easy to deal with, and very professional. I would definitely utilize their services in the future, and would recommend NRG to friends/neighbors. Overall, a very good experience - thanks, NRG!
