Excellent work, done in a timely manner.

They came and did the work as discussed.

About 500 sq ft, three coats of hi-gloss water based poly. Wood dust everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE. Half-hearted attempt to clean. VERY limited english. Sloppy job.Globs of floor finish on my tiled entry way. Promised high gloss, got semi gloss with non smooth surface. They showed up as scheduled and finished on schedule. That's about it. Be ready to do some heavy cleaning after they leave.

Speed is it's priority, anything other than laying floor in new construction house will be charged extra. Project is done at scheduled date. Since it's fast, finished one day job in one day, the quality of work is average. Baseboards and doors removed doing the floor will be not be installed. It's my first project, I don't have others to compare with. The company was hired for a halfway DIY project to save time. The work was ok, but it did not impress me.

Tan is very knowledgeable, professional ,prompt and reliable. He does a great job and follow promised schedule. Tan and his team were very neat and left our home clean .Would not hesitate to recommend him. Very pleasant and easy to work with and returns calls promptly.

Tan Do and team worked magic on our floors! They looked wrecked and worn. I thought they might even need to be replaced in order to be repaired, but in less than a day they made them sparkle like new. The price was amazing too. I am sure that I could not have done it for less if I did it myself.

I am a builder and need quality sub's. Scheduling is always a critical issue. Theycame in and got it done when they told me they would. That's how I run my business, and that's the way it should always be with my sub's...good job!

It was very good. Tan Do was always on time and very responsible, very pleasant to talk to. The floors look great (they just forgot to even out the refinish in a small area that it is barely noticeable, not a big deal). The dust was not too bad, I don't think it is worth paying a few extra hundred for dustless service. They were very careful so the dust did not get in my kitchen or bedrooms. Overall, very pleased with the people, work, and price.

Excellent repair of damaged hardwood floor. Tran Do was consistently on time and reliable and was able to obtain an excellent match of wood and stain to existing floor.

Tan Do was prompt, courteous and professional. The quote was very reasonable and overall the floors look fantastic. The risers on the stairs were in terrible shape but I thought with hand sanding and stain they would come out a little better then they did. Still, we are incredibly pleased with the work, We requested three coats of poly rather than a coat of sealer and two coats of poly. This required more time out of the house but well worth it for the extra durability. There was only an extremely small amount of dust to clean up although we didn't do "dustless. Great Job!

They were quick to stop by and give me an estimate. They were also able to begin my floor project in less than a week. They were punctual, clean, and conscious of the condition of my house. There work was done well and completed very quickly. I had only one minor issue with the work they did for me which they are arranging to come out and address. The project came in right on with the estimate. I would hire Tam Do again!!!

They were able to get the job done quickly, and the floors look good except for a couple small areas were you can see sander marks.

Professional, prompt, and at a great price. Tan and his crew did a great job and have had no problem coming back to fix anything that we noticed after the fact. They also gave a grat warranty on the wood and the service. I would rate them a 6 if there was one.

Excellent. Not only were the floors sanded and refinished, but some of the boards were replaced as well. Even with the extra work, the price was still in line with other quotes that did not include the replacement of boards. Three coats of polyurethane and a coat of sealer. The floors look great.
