Full Circle Tree Service

Your ratings do not go high enough for Craig and the rest of the crew. They actually started the tree removals one day sooner than they thought they would. They had two extremely large, tall trees at our sons home - the largest tree had a circumference of 6. They were starting to lean towards their small, 2-bedroom house with nothing but their driveway between the trees and the house. One average wind storm could have knocked them over right across their home. Our son is 100% disabled and, unless blessed by a miracle, would have been unable to remove himself out from under the trees. Craig and the rest of the crew went above and beyond our expectations. They were courteous, professional, and fantastic. Their cleanup was spotless. And, they came in under the estimate. The Shipley families had one less major thing on our minds when we went to sleep last night. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Craig is a great guy to work with. Called and he came out same day for a quote to remove a tall tree next to my driveway. He did everything I asked and even help me to decide what to do with the tree. Showed up early on the day he said he would with one other crew member. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very professional. They cleaned up everything as we discussed and even blew off the sawdust from my RV which I felt was above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely hire them again.

I had this crazy Maple tree with about 5 trunks on it that was dying and the branches were falling on my neighbors garden. Craig came down with two other members of his crew and got it down in two days. This tree was crazy, at least 60 ft tall and like I said multiple trunks. Craig and his crew did a great job making sure the tree didn't fall onto my neighbors yard, however the tree was right on the fence line. As a result two branches fell away from the rigging and got on my neighbors yard, but Craig was very professional and worked out any damages to my neighbors garden with my neighbor. The job was expensive, but reasonable considering the job. I would pay it again given the quality. I also really appreciated how Craig and his crew cut up the trunks and branches of the tree so that I can chop them up and move them myself for firewood. I highly recommend Full Circle Tree Service for quality work taking down dangerous trees.

Happy, happy, happy. My husband sat and watched Craig as he claimed up the tree and cut it down in sections, and said that it was like watching an artist. Very friendly and likeable. And financially friendly as well. We are looking forward to seeing Craig again, we will be calling on Craig again soon.

Be very aware of contacting this local company. I initially had a positive interaction with Craig, the owner/operator. He came out to my house for a consultation and gave me a quote. It was a great deal and I told him I'd follow up with him soon. This is where the problems begin. I emailed Craig asking for a final quote and he never responded. I called him a few days later and spoke with him very briefly, with him saying he'd call me back within the hour then, nothing. No call. After several more phone calls gone to voicemail, I had my partner call him. She was able to reach him and he said he needed to come out to see the trees again. It was at this point, a date was set for Craig and his crew to come cut down our trees. After not hearing anything from Craig for awhile, my partner called him back and he said he came by the house the look at the trees again (something we're fairly certain he never actually did) and he confirmed the date for cutting the trees down. Lo and behold, the date arrives and no one shows up. Craig's phone goes straight to voicemail after repeated attempts to reach him all day. My partner tried calling his phone from a different number two days later and guess what .. he answers! As soon as my partner identified herself, Craig hung up the phone on her. We can't fathom why this happened. If he didn't want the job or couldn't do the job, the professional thing to do would have been to simply tell us so. We took time off work for this service that never happened and wasted time we could have gone with someone else and had this done.

They were friendly and did and excellent job. There was no property damage. I would use them again and have recommended them to my neighbors who have 2 big trees that need to be cut down.

Craig was great. He was on time for estimate and job. They did a great work and clean up.

Just like the company profile states- Craig and his partner were reliable, performed quality work with integrity and outstanding communication. He answered the phone on my first attempt to contact him and showed up the same day and provided a fair estimate. We set a date for scheduled work and he promptly showed up a couple minutes early on the scheduled day. We again discussed what I wanted and what/how he was going to do it and he and his partner cleaned up some snow damaged trees and dropped 2 other danger trees one of which was leaning towards my neighbors house. They did an Outstanding job. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be calling Full Circle Tree Service for future work. It's nice to find and deal with a Professional company in today's less than acceptable service world. Thanks Guy's appreciate the job you did.

Craig and his team were outstanding. Despite delays caused by snow, etc, they showed up on time and worked hard until everything was done. And Craig made it clear that he was concerned it be done right. It was. Cleanup was flawless. I would highly recommend Craig and his team, and plan to hire them again later this year.
