"More than we can chew? We responded & got a bid to them quickly. THEY couldn't make up their minds. We told them we book up in Spg.They called back 5/7/11 and we were booked 6 wks out. (If someone can come tomorrow-be concerned-there is a reason good contractors are booked). We put him on fill in list & explained if we had a day open up for a sm job we would come out. Got him squeezed in as soon as poss. They indicated they were pleased when we finished. A $57credit(1 plant & some stone)were due-Mrs had to ck w/hus & then never called back. A new inv. has been sent -Not paid yet 7-11-11. We strive hard to do quality work &treat people fairly"
"Weather and a new foreman on the job made this project take way longer than necessary or expected. The small chip in a block was a material defect. The block was 3 layers down in a wall and we would have had to tear out half the wall to accommodate this issue. We tried to appease client in other ways - but evidently, this was not enough. Full Features"
"All additional work must be signed by client before being done - so not sure how they could not have known what they would be? Also customer never once mentioned a problem with work or billing? Full Features"
