Wow! Was I impressed, I was able to get same day service and my carpet cleaning was terrifically priced. It was a deal no one could match. The cleaning and pick up was completed before my new appointment showed up. Robert was so professional, so kind, caring of my home and puppy. I was a ready to open the door by 3:00. Robert did a great job cleaning all the carpets in my house very quickly. He knows his stuff! I really appreciate the care he took in making sure the carpets look how I expected and he went over any trouble areas and explained everything to me. Not only did he get up tough oil and ink stains but he got up stains and smells from old pet accidents. I will definitely use him again every time I need my carpets cleaned and will probably make it an annual thing.

Robert's quality of work was great! He clearly wants his customers to be happy. We had a lot of dog urine damage to the carpet and so far, Robert's work seems to have controlled the odor. We are hopeful we may actually be able to keep the carpet because of his very reasonably priced work.
