Full House staff provided us with a detailed proposal and kept us informed throughout the project. Our project was small and they were able to fit our project in between other jobs. Kevin (owner) will answer any questions and is onsite to supervise the project.

There was over $50k worth of storm damage to my home . Kevin and his crew are great--very methodical and work was very good. He'd contact me within 5 minutes. He was very conscientious of budget and working with insurance. The insurance settlement was value engineered to maximize our dollars. He was very user-friendly and I have already recommended him to others.

If you like people that promise you everything and do nothing, then this is your company. While the work was mostly done, it took several months and several missed appointments, several calls, a credit card dispute to get the work done. The roof doesn't leak, but the crew that replace it was not friendly and did a poor job cleaning. Executive roofing promise to follow up on the open items, but they never did. If I was lucky to get them on the phone, it was some excuse about how they been working 16 hour days followed by promise to follow up in 2 days. They never followed up.

They always answered their phone, and they cleaned up after themselves everyday. It was cold and muddy while they were working, and they left the place spotless. I was so impressed, and when we needed their help again this year, I called them again. I would recommend them to anyone.
