I would highly Discourage anyone from using Nathan with "Full Moon Plumbing LLC". I contacted Nathan due to a small puncture in my gas line in one of my garage walls. I marked out and cut a small 6inch by 6inch section in the wall to make the small puncture easily identifiable and ready for repair. When Nathan came I asked several times the cost to repair the small puncture. He stated he could tell me til after the job is completed. I was in a desperate situation with it being winter needing my gas turned back on asap so I let Nathan do the work. Nathan tells me whole pipe has to be replaced and sloppily hacked out a 9FT section of the wall that continued onto the ceiling. Shortly after that then tells me the small puncture can be patched. I asked him why he didn't do that before damaging 9FT of my wall and replies "Sorry" with no explanation. I was overcharged and wall was destroyed.

AMAZING!! We have been working with Nate now for over a year for our plumbing needs. We had all of the plumbing replaced and now use him for any kind of plumbing issue we might have. He is prompt, professional, does a fantastic job and we won't go anywhere else. Love him!!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Nathan responded immediately when we contacted his business and came on the weekend to repair a leak through the ceiling into our basement. He was very pleasant to work with and I felt his pricing was fair. I highly recommend him and will continue to rely on him for any of our future plumbing needs.

He was a very nice guy but the job that was requested was not completed at all because he did not know how to do it and I was overcharged.

"Mrs. Jackson, We provided your camera inspection of the line for the salon chairs in your email. We went above and beyond by charging only $175 for a three hour visit on Saturday the 13th. With a return visit on Wednesday the 16th which included a camera inspection with no charges associated with it, and an additional two hours that you also weren't charged for. We were trying to right a wrong by two previous plumbers that you had contracted. The video shows 1) a belly from 12-18', 2) another belly from 26-32', 3) there is a pvc fitting to abs attached with abs glue not transition glue which is against code. We wish you the best.
