JD of 'FULL SEND HEAT/AC and PLUMBING ' .... has a Heck of a service company! I had an electrical problem with my inside hall unit flow unit. I contacted JD late afternoon, he was here same evening! He surveyed & fixed our problem promptly. Wow. I was impressed. Having a family member that retired from the HVAC business themselves, I knew how a professional operates & delivers professional service! JD did just that. I would recommend them 100%! I'm a homeowner of 47 years & I know good service when we see it. ? Thank You 'JD & FULL SEND'!

They were polite.

Our AC went out on Memorial Day (of course) and I called every place I could find that advertised 24/7 service. Unfortunately, all of these places seem to only take calls 24/7, not a single one of them had a technician available until the next day. I got on Angi and was matched with (3) companies. I called the first two to no avail and opted not to call the 3rd one because they had no reviews and I couldn't find a website. BIG MISTAKE!! Michael got notification from Angi that there was a match and he actually reached out to me...same day! He has been in the industry for awhile and is just branching out on his own (hence, no reviews, etc.). By time we connected it was later in the day but he came out anyways. Our issue wasn't something anyone would have been able to fix right then and there but he was going to get everything we needed first thing the next day and get us fixed. My husband and I weren't able to be available the next day due to our work schedules AND THAT WAS OKAY! Michael came out that evening...on our schedule. He did great work and is a very nice, down to earth guy. Don't pass him up just because he doesn't have a ton of reviews yet, everyone has to start somewhere! I would recommend him to anyone and he will be my first call the next time I need something.
