They were on time; they were efficient; the job was done well; they cleaned everything up when they were finished and the price was good. Canâ t ask for more than that.

Mil is awesome. Very professional and polite. Also very funny. It wasnâ t easy job. Tiles were loose in the bathroom. He removed all the tiles without breaking them. Sand the bottom of them and reinstalled. My floor looks new. I would hire him again and again. I am glad I found him. Thank you Mil and Home advisor.

My shower tiles were installed 17 years ago. After all those years a lot of soap hard water calcium whatever made them look extremely ugly. After 2 days of scrubbing with acid my tiles look like new. Outstanding and recomend to anyone needing help. Wonderful and very pleasant gentleman.

Mil was extremely responsive and professional. He did a fantastic job with a project where other contractors were ready to rip me off. He finished the project quickly and beautifully. Really happy with the clean results! I now know have someone to call on for future projects who will be honest and have my best interest and budget in mind. Highly recommend!!

I had 3 tiles that had pulled away from the wall in my shower which i needed replaced, as well as some caulking and grout work. Mil responded quickly, came out the same day and gave me a reasonable estimate and even discovered a couple other loose tiles. He started the work on Sunday and came back to finish up on Monday. He was prompt, knowledgeable and did nice work. I would hire him again. He specializes in tile work, but will do other work too. So when i found that out, I added 2 other small non tile jobs since he was already there. Again i got reasonable prices and nice work.

Very professional, showed up on time, completed the job on time as projected and we were more than satisfied with his work. Bottom line, Lil exceeded our expectations. We would/will highly recommend for any tile work.

Mil is a very interesting and personable man, and knows what he's doing when working with tile and grout. He replaced the grout on the second floor deck and cleaned the grout on the kitchen floor and counter tops. The kitchen's original 83-year old tile counters haven't looked so good in many years.

Mil is a wonderful person. He will do whatever you ask him to do. He regrouted our entire master bathroom and made it look new again. We would definitely re-hire him.

Mil is the sweetest guy we have ever had do work in our home. He is very good at what he does and made our master bathroom as good as new. He re-grouted the entire bathroom--floor, countertop shower, etc. and it looks fabulous! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Mil is an old-style professional, an experienced master of his craft who cares about the details, and his customer. He transformed my badly mildewed shower -- bad enough I considered replacing it --into a shower cleaned and restored to a point it looks almost brand-new. All at a fair price. I highly recommend Mil. He's the best.

They were very easy to work with on a project that was difficult. We needed the hole for our kitchen sink enlarged by less than 1 inch on all sides so our new sink would fit. He did a good job and cleaned up after. He was going to come at noon and we weren t ready for him and he was very accommodating and switched to 2:00. All in all a good experience.

This is a hard one to review. We really liked Mil. Very personable, knows what he is talking about, but really didn't get deep enough when removing the old grout (didn't remove it completely) and now we have spots where the new grout has already worn off leaving old grout exposed. Some areas look really nice, some have very thin covering, some are actually rubbing off. In the end, we were not satisfied with result. It's been about 2 weeks since it was finished. We feel bad having to give this review, because we really like Mil.

I would gladly hire them again.
