What stood out most was the customer service. We had direct access to the business owner who was involved from start to finish, and was clearly very knowledgable. He was extremely helpful in communicating with our insurance company and gave us accurate timelines throughout the entire process. Quality of work was off the charts.

Had a flooded basement after all the rains. These guys came out late and dried everything out. Could not be happier with the experience.

My ice maker water line was leaking and my Hardwood floor was cupped so I called a plumber, they came by a fixed the leak, then I called Matthew to get rid of the excess water, they finally showed up did a moisture test said I had water in the wood, and they put fans in the basement, they came back approximately 3 days later, did moisture said that the test was at a acceptable level, I did a test and I found mold, I called Matthew about the problem and we never came to an agreement

i had a kitchen fire in my house.the whole house was filled with soot.the fire department used hoses .so there was a ton of water in the house.after the fire department left i did not know what to do.i called my insurance company who told me it would be a couple days for a emergency service team to come out that what they consider fast service.that was paul davis they recommended the insurance claims center.i said the house is soaking wet mold will start to grow.it had been around 90 for a couple days.i went on home advisor.Found full service restoration. .response time under a hour.a team of technicians came set up dehumidifiers.started to clean up the fire damage.they gave me a free hotel night at the Hilton could not stay in the house it was very hard to breath. they made me feel like i was not alone.in one of the hardest times of my life.
