My a/c and heat unit completely died and I needed a brand new, full system installed. I called on Full Spectrum and I had the best customer experience EVER! Terry was so informative and friendly. He met every need and answered all my questions in a way I understood. Terry even came back out, during a snow storm, to help me with a proble, free of charge!! If you want quality workmanship combined with superb customer service and great prices, Full Spectrum is your go to!! Highly recommend! DO IT!
