Very pleased with what has been done so far.

He was doing a good job on lawn service, up until Wed, I needed him to cut down a tree, The branches landed on my neighbors yard and fence, and he has not removed the tree from my yard, He keeps giving me excuses, ie brakes on truck, might be a storm, mom in hospital, somebody had his truck trailer.. Was supposed to have been here today and did not show up.

I talked to Gene Young and he sounded enthusiastic about working with me to take care of the overgrown lawn and helping to get my water garden back in shape and running. He was very enthusiastic about working with me. Well, he did the initial job of mowing and weed eating which looked very good when done. He also told me some other things he would do for 250.00 which he did not follow through on. He wanted to do a deal of mowing and weed eating twice a month for 200.00. My husband decided he would do the mowing if Gene would come and weed eat and do some little things along to get my water garden back in shape once a month for 120.00. He came and got the 250.00 then left. He told me he was going to pick up some weed killer and would be back later to spray. He never returned nor did he contact me. A week later I called him and he had forgotten? So he said he would come back and help. Well, it has been another week have not heard a thing. I told him the last time I talked to him that if he was not interested to tell me, so I could find someone else but he swore he wanted to do the job. He was a big talker but not much on following through.

Robert was professional and gave the pricing up front. He arrived when he said he would and went over everything he had done. He also pointed out the bee and wasp nests that were present. He did a great job!

Excellent service. My yard looks 100% better. Very reasonably priced. Will use them for any future lawn needs.
